My name is Charlotte Todd. I began as a teacher at Noah's Ark Preschool in 1976 and added the director responsibilities to my job description in 1978. As the program grew and state licensing requirements took on additional time, I dropped classroom responsibilities in 1990. I received my education from Augsburg College and the University of Minnesota. My husband and I have 6 children, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren!
