Job Description

General Overview of Responsibilities:- Create, and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment for the children- Approachable and encouraging in order to meet the individual needs of all children- Establish a partnership with parents, and families to promote positive relationship- Write and implement weekly curriculum plans and lessons- Participate in staff and annual training requirements- Comply with centers policies and procedures - Maintain professionalism

Minimum State Requirements: Provide valid Driver's license, state ID, birth certificate, passport upon hire- Proof of high school diploma or GED, Must be at least 18 years of age- CPR/1st Aid certification, (will provide referrals for those who need it)- FBI background clearance upon hire- Minimum Center Requirements for daycare operations- Provide professional references - Physically able to lift 25 lbs. up to a height of 5 ft. many times per day- Be able to be physically active, and engaged with children throughout day.- Education/experience in daycare, preschool, or any early childhood education program.
