  • Resume detailing education history, employment history, and at least three professional references that have supervised you in an academic setting
  • One-page describing your Christian journey, current relationship with GOD and why you are pursuing a ministry position in a Christian education setting.
  • A copy of your college transcripts.
  • Verified valid Teaching Certification

Positions Available: Elementary Teacher

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Plan and implement curriculum that exceeds selected standard and skill guidelines with consideration of the students’ individual needs and developmental stage.
  • Responsible for the arrangement and appearance of the classroom learning environment.
  • Conduct parent conferences and maintain timely communication with parents.
  • Complete lesson plans by Friday for the following week reflecting standards covered and accommodations.
  • Assist the Head of School in efforts to boost enrollment, in discussing the program with potential patrons.
  • Maintain ELEA/ELCA professional qualifications for position, including completing required training.
  • Maintain Cognia accreditation requirements
  • Maintain and complete assessments and maintain portfolio of work samples.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and appropriateness in tone of voice, choice of words, demeanor, and working with other staff, teaching techniques/methods, dress attire, appearance, reliability and attitude.


-1 year relevant classroom experience

-Affirming positive professional references and a clear FBI background screening

-Accredited non-expired Teaching Certificate for full-time teaching positions.

-The person should demonstrate Christian character in daily life and attitude.
