Spend the evening connecting with colleagues and friends\, both old and new\, and enjoying fun and games in the beautiful Europa Dining Room. \n\n\n\nFriday you'll be transported to the awe-inspiring Lord of Life Lutheran Church. You'll start your day with an incredible breakfast followed by our professional development sessions. We've engaged keynote speakers to inspire and connect us. Workshops are focused on leadership\, management\, pastoral care\, engagement and so much more! The entire program is designed to develop our skills\, nurture us and revitalize our passion. \n\n\n\nAt the day's conclusion\, you'll be transported back to the Crowne Plaza to enjoy the wonderful hotel amenities. Don't get too comfortable\, though. At 6 pm the ELEA Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet begins. Rich Chromey will kickoff the evening with his engaging keynote address followed by dinner\, awards and celebrations.\n\n\n\nSaturday we'll again transport you to Lord of Life for another fully packed day of professional development.
