DESCRIPTION:Conflict is a part of everyone's lives\, come and explore conflict styles\, and when to use them. Gather some tips and how-to lists when exploring conflict situations.\nOur presenter\, Heather\, is the Program Administrator for the Minnesota Association for the Education of Young Children (MnAEYC) where she manages programming\, communications\, and initiatives. Prior to MnAEYC\, she spent 11 years directing an ELEA early childhood program and has been in the field for a total of 17 years. She serves on the advisory group for United Way's 80x3 initiative\, is part of the Early Childhood Crisis Workgroup\, and serves on the Transforming Minnesota's Early Childhood Workforce group\, is a CARE Fellow alum\, in addition to conference coordinating for the ELEA. Heather also works as a trainer for Think Small and owns Charmoli Training and Consulting.
