SUMMARY:ELEA Member Coaching Program
DESCRIPTION:The ELCA Coaching Network and ELEA have developed a partnership to connect\, develop and inspire our leaders and staff to grow into academic and relational excellence.  The options are: \n\n\n	EXPLORATORY: 30 min sessions\, 1x per week\, 6 weeks ($150)\n\n	\n		 Example: forward-thinking sessions that can assist leaders in specific changes that may be necessary\; think combined budgets\, shared space\, re-visioning\, etc.\n	\n	\n	CRITICAL: 60 min sessions\, 1x per week\, 6 weeks ($300)\n	\n		Example:   support for leaders through significant change or issues such as staff engagement\, parent relations\, or other time-sensitive issues.  \n	\n	\n	**SUBSTANTIAL: 1 hr sessions\, 1x per two weeks\, 12 weeks ($300)\n	\n		 Example: walk alongside a leadership team in completing the Faith Formation Self Study or other school improvement processes.\n	\n	\n	MODERATE: 30 min sessions\, 1x per two weeks\, 12 weeks ($150)\n	\n		Example: apply an adaptive leadership lens to support the onboarding of a new director\, principal\, or pastor to the ministry. \n	\n	\n	**SUSTAINING: 1 hr sessions\, 1x per month\, 9 months ($450)\n	\n		 Example: gather your board or advisory committee to better engage and support the ministry.  \n	\n	\n\n **Available to leadership teams of 2-5 people.
